Refund policy

Our most important return and refund points:

  • Return within 30 days after receiving your order
  • Consumer pays for shipping costs (make sure to save the track and trace code)
  • Exchange your product for free (does not apply when consumer orders a wrong size, color or any other variant)
  • Add the packing slip to your return or write your order number somewhere on the package.

After receiving the order, the consumer has 30 days to return the product(s). The costs for returning from the consumer's home to the supplier are for their own account and risk. If it is an error by the retailer, the costs will of course be reimbursed. After the supplier has received the returned product(s), the consumer will then be credited with the returned order amount excluding shipping costs. If the consumer makes use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the supplier with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. If this is not the case, an amount can be deducted for this.

The consumer can also choose to exchange the received product for another one. In this case the return costs will be covered by the supplier. This does not apply when the consumer orders a wrong size, color or any other variant.

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Return exceptions
a. For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products are not returnable.
b. that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications, such as part numbers provided by the entrepreneur;
c. that are clearly personal in nature;
d. which cannot be returned due to their nature;
